What is Waypoint Naturals?
We are small Veteran owned and operated business, offering high quality, handmade soaps, and beauty products.
Our Story
Waypoint Naturals started simply as a way to make quality soap for my own family. As a mixed family, we often found that products designed for different skin types-- especially those made for melanated or sensitive skin -- were expensive or hard to find. While preparing for retirement after 20 years of Naval service, I began learning how to make traditional cold-process soap as a way to save money and provide something better for the people I love.
After sharing a few bars with friends and family, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. People began asking for more soap and suggesting different varieties, and what started as a small personal project quickly grew into something bigger.
The name Waypoint Naturals comes from a navigation term used in Naval chart plotting. A waypoint marks a point along a journey-- a guide to where you're headed next. In the same spirit, our soaps are made to help guide you toward simple, natural skincare made with care, tradition, and purpose.
Every bar is handcrafted in small batches using cold-process method, combining natural ingredients with practical designs meant for real, everyday use.
